Dr Nemanja Ilić is a dentist who treats what patients most often come in with: decay, an inflamed nerve, bleeding gums and a tooth that has suddenly started to hurt. He keeps part of his working day free for emergency appointments. When a patient comes in with pain, he eases the pain first and talks about the plan and cost only once the worst has passed.

He does root canal treatment without rushing, with check X-rays, and tells you what comes next before every step. With anxious patients he agrees on a hand signal for a break and works more slowly when needed. When a tooth can't be saved, he says so openly and explains the options from there. He speaks Serbian and English.
