Guide

Your first visit

Your first visit takes 45 minutes and is a chance to get to know each other, examine your teeth and make a plan. Treatment usually doesn't start that day, unless something hurts – then we deal with the pain first. The first examination costs RSD 4,500 and includes intraoral camera images; a panoramic X-ray, if needed, is charged separately at RSD 3,000.

Guide

From check-up to follow-up

  1. 01

    Before you come

After you book, you get a confirmation by email with a short health questionnaire. If you fill it in at home, there is more time to talk at the appointment.

  2. 02

    Arriving

The clinic is at Hadži Milentijeva 47, on the ground floor, with the entrance through the courtyard; the doorbell says “Kamea”. There are no steps to get in. Come five minutes early so you don't have to rush.

  3. 03

    Talking

The dentist asks what brought you in, what your past experiences with dentists have been and what matters to you. If you feel anxious, this is the right moment to say so.

  4. 04

    Examination and images

We examine your teeth, gums, bite and any existing work. We take pictures of your teeth with the intraoral camera and show them to you on screen; we only take a panoramic X-ray if it is needed.

  5. 05

    Explanation

The dentist explains what they see and what the options are, including what happens if you wait with treatment. We do nothing without your consent.

  6. 06

    Plan and estimate

Before you leave, you know what we suggest and in what order. A written plan with a price range is sent to you by email, as a PDF.

What to bring

  • Your ID card or passport
  • A list of the medicines you take regularly
  • Any previous dental X-rays you have (on your phone is fine)
  • Reports from other dentists, if you have them
  • Your denture, aligners or night guard, if you wear one
  • Questions you don't want to forget, written down on paper or on your phone

If you feel anxious

Being afraid of the dentist is common, and there is no reason to hide it. Tell us when you book or at the start of the examination. We will then work more slowly, tell you about each step in advance and agree on a hand signal for a break. The first visit is usually just a conversation and an examination. When an anaesthetic is needed, we first apply a numbing gel to the gum, so the injection feels milder. If it helps, bring someone to sit with you.

A child’s first visit

A child's first examination is short and involves no treatment, unless something hurts. A parent stays in the room the whole time. At home, don't mention needles or pain; it is enough to say you are going to have their teeth counted. If your child isn't in the mood that day, we don't insist – we book another short visit instead. We recommend an orthodontic check at around age seven.

What you receive afterwards

After your first visit you have a clear picture: what is urgent, what can wait and what is up to you. The treatment plan with a price range is sent to you by email as a PDF. You can think it over, send us questions by message or get a second opinion. You book treatment when you are ready.

Questionnaire before your first visit

Five minutes at home instead of paperwork in the waiting room.

Video consultation

A video consultation is a short conversation with a dentist over Google Meet before you come to the clinic. It takes 15 minutes and is free. It is useful when you have a question, when you want a second opinion on a plan you have already been given, or when you live abroad and want to know what to expect before you travel. Video consultations are held by Dr Ristić, Dr Vuković and Dr Nikolić.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

All questions
How do I book an appointment?

You can book on the website: choose a service, a dentist and a free slot. You can also call us or send a message on Viber or WhatsApp to 060 000 10 01. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

Are you open on Saturdays?

Yes, on Saturdays we are open from 9:00 to 15:00. From Monday to Friday we are open from 9:00 to 20:00, and we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

What if I'm running late?

Call us or send a message as soon as you see you will be late. If you are a few minutes late, we can usually still do everything we planned. If you are running much later, we decide together whether to shorten the visit or move it to another time.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email or by sending a message to 060 000 10 01. If something comes up at the last minute, please still let us know, because that slot can often go to someone with toothache.

Where can I park, and how do I get to you?

Hadži Milentijeva is in parking zone 2, where parking is paid by SMS, and after 18:00 there are usually free spaces in the surrounding streets. The nearest public car park is by the Temple of Saint Sava, about a 10-minute walk away, and the bus and trolleybus stop on Južni bulevar is a 5-minute walk. The clinic is on the ground floor with no steps, so it is wheelchair accessible.

Who can see the information I enter in the questionnaire?

Health information from the questionnaire is a special category of personal data and is kept as part of your medical records. Only the dentists and staff involved in your treatment can see it; we don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it. If you would rather not fill in the questionnaire on the website, you can complete it at the clinic; you can read more about this in our Privacy Policy.
