Video consultation
A video consultation is a short conversation with a dentist over Google Meet before you come to the clinic. It takes 15 minutes and is free. It is useful when you have a question, when you want a second opinion on a plan you have already been given, or when you live abroad and want to know what to expect before you travel. Video consultations are held by Dr Ristić, Dr Vuković and Dr Nikolić.

How it works

Booking
You choose a dentist and a time, and a confirmation with the Google Meet link arrives by email.

Preparing
If you have X-rays, reports or photos of your teeth, send them before the call by replying to the confirmation email. The dentist will look at them before your appointment.

The call
The dentist listens to what is troubling you, looks at what you have sent and tells you what should be checked in person.

After the call
You know roughly how long treatment would take and how many visits it would need. If you like, we can book your first examination straight away.
What a video call cannot do
Over video we don't diagnose, treat, prescribe medicines or give an exact price. Without an examination and an X-ray it isn't possible to see, for example, how deep decay goes or whether there is enough bone for an implant. So the dentist tells you what should be checked in person and roughly how long treatment would take. If you have severe pain or swelling, don't wait for a video appointment – book an emergency appointment or contact the nearest out-of-hours dental service.
What you need
All you need is a phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a microphone and a stable internet connection. The Google Meet link arrives by email with your booking confirmation; on a computer it opens in your browser, and on a phone the Google Meet app is the easiest option. Check your camera and sound a few minutes before the appointment. If you want to show your teeth, good lighting and a mirror help.
