About this website

This website is run by Kamea stomatološka poliklinika d.o.o., Hadži Milentijeva 47, 11000 Belgrade. By using the website and online booking, you accept these terms.

The website is not a substitute for an examination

The texts on this website are general information about dental health and our services. They cannot replace an examination, because a diagnosis and treatment plan can only be made once a dentist has examined your teeth. The same applies to video consultations: they are for questions and a rough estimate, but no diagnosis is made and no medicines are prescribed over video.

If you have swelling that is spreading quickly, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or bleeding that won't stop, call an ambulance on 194.

Online booking

  • On the website you choose a service, a dentist and an available slot. Please enter your correct name, phone number and email address.
  • Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or call us on 060 000 10 01.
  • For children under 15, appointments are booked by a parent or guardian, who comes with the child.
  • If a dentist is unable to see you, we contact you as soon as possible and offer you a new appointment.

Cancelling and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation email or by message. You can find more details in our Cancellation Policy.

Prices and payment

  • Prices on the website are approximate. The exact price is only known after the examination, and you receive a price range as a PDF by email before treatment starts.
  • If it turns out during treatment that something other than what was planned is needed, we explain it to you and agree on it with you before we continue.
  • There is no online payment on the website. You pay at the clinic, in Serbian dinars, in cash or by card.
  • For larger treatments, you can pay in instalments with cards from banks that offer this. The terms are set by the bank.

Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. However, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the texts on the website, without an examination, or for brief interruptions to the website or the booking service.

The texts, photos and graphics on this website belong to Kamea or are used with permission. They may not be copied or published without our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We try to resolve any disagreements through discussion, and if that fails, the competent court in Belgrade has jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of booking applies. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
