Terms of sale
Apply to all purchases on the Timeless website from 28 October 2026.

Seller

Order and contract
You place your order with the payment button at the end of checkout. Before that you see all items, prices, delivery and the total and can change them. Right after ordering you get an email confirmation with a PDF; the contract is concluded when the confirmation arrives.
If a piece is unavailable in the meantime, we’ll contact you the same or next working day and refund you in full or, if you prefer, offer to make it to order.
Prices
All prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD), including VAT. Delivery is shown separately before payment. The price at the time of ordering applies. A machine-readable price list is available at cenovnik.csv.
Payment
You can pay by card, IPS, cash on delivery (up to 30,000 RSD) or bank transfer. Card details are entered on the bank’s page; the seller never sees or stores them. All payments are made in Serbian dinars. For cards issued abroad, the amount is converted at the card scheme’s exchange rate.
For bank transfers we hold the order for 3 working days; if the payment doesn’t arrive, we cancel the order and let you know by email.
Delivery
We ship by courier to addresses in Serbia, or you collect your order from the workshop. Timing and prices are on the Delivery and payment page. Risk passes to you when you receive the parcel. If the parcel is damaged, don’t accept it and let us know.
Withdrawal
Within 14 days of receiving the goods you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, using the form or any other clear statement. You return the goods within 14 days of your notice, at your own cost. We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the same payment method, and may withhold the refund until we receive the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to engraved jewellery or jewellery made to your specification, or to earrings removed from their protective packaging.
Conformity and complaints
The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract. You can make a complaint using the form on the website, by email or in the workshop. You receive an acknowledgement straight away and a reply with a proposed solution within 8 days.
Gift cards
A gift card is valid for one year from purchase, online and in the workshop, and can be used over several purchases until it expires. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
Disputes
We resolve disputes by agreement. You may also contact an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body from the list kept by the ministry responsible for trade.
