No. You order with just your name, email and address. An account is created from your order email, and you sign in with a link sent to that email, no password.

By card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard), by IPS from a Serbian banking app, cash on delivery (up to 30,000 RSD) or bank transfer. We also accept gift cards. Details on the Delivery and payment page.

Yes. You enter your card on the bank’s page, not on our website, and confirm the payment in your banking app (3-D Secure). We never see or store your card number.

Enter the code in the “Coupon” field in your basket. You’ll see the discount before paying. One coupon per order.

Courier to your address is 390 RSD, free on orders from 6,000 RSD. Orders placed by 2 pm on working days ship the same day and arrive the next working day. Collection from the workshop is free.

Yes. At the delivery step choose “Send to a different address” and enter the recipient’s name and address. With gift wrapping we add a card with your message and leave the price out of the parcel.

Through the website we ship only to addresses in Serbia. For other countries, message us on Viber or by email and we’ll quote the price and timing.

Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits, or your finger’s circumference with a strip of paper. The size is the circumference in millimetres. The size guide has a chart and a tool that works it out for you.

We’ll resize it once for free within 30 days of delivery. Send it by courier or bring it to the workshop. Rings with stones all the way round are the exception.

Engraving is 1,200 RSD per piece and ready in 1–2 working days. Up to 14 characters on a ring, 16 on a locket and 20 on a cuff.

No, because it’s made to your specification. So check the text in the preview before ordering. Complaints about defects are handled as for any other piece.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Fill in the form on the Returns and complaints page and send the jewellery back. We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your notice.

Make a complaint using the form on the website, by email or in the workshop, ideally with a photo. We reply within 8 days with a proposed repair, replacement or refund.

It’s an alloy of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. Pure silver is too soft for jewellery, and copper makes it stronger. Every piece we make carries the 925 hallmark.

Silver reacts with air, sweat and cosmetics. The soft polishing cloth that comes with your order brings back the shine. We clean jewellery bought from us in the workshop free of charge. More on the Jewellery care page.

Sterling silver rarely causes allergies; most people who can’t wear costume jewellery react to nickel, which our jewellery doesn’t contain. If you’re sensitive, message us before buying.

It’s a thin layer of 18-carat gold over 925 silver. On jewellery worn every day it can thin after a few years where it rubs most; we can re-plate it in the workshop for a fee.

Yes: a box, ribbon and a card with your message, for 300 RSD. Choose it in your basket. The price isn’t shown in the parcel.

Choose an amount from 2,000 to 50,000 RSD and pay. A PDF with a code arrives by email; it’s valid for a year online and in the workshop and can be spent over several purchases. Gift card
