What data we collect, why and how long we keep it.
Sample legal text for a demo shop. Before a live site is published, the text is reviewed by the business’s lawyer and accountant. The Serbian version is binding.

What we collect
- Orders: name, email, phone, delivery address, gift recipient’s address, items and payment method. Purpose: performing the contract and legal obligations (invoices).
- Card payments: you enter your card number on the bank’s page; we only receive the confirmation, the last four digits and the authorisation code.
- Account: email, name, phone, address, order history and points.
- Newsletter: email, only with your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Abandoned basket: we send a reminder only if you agreed to it at checkout.
- Contact and complaints: the details you enter in the form.
- Statistics: only if you accept analytics cookies.
How long we keep data
We keep order and invoice data for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can delete your account at any time.
Who we share data with
The courier (name, address, phone), the bank or payment processor (amount and order number), our email service and our accountant. We never sell data or share it for other companies’ advertising.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
