We ship by courier anywhere in Serbia, or you can collect your order from our workshop in Dorćol.

Orders paid by 2 pm on working days ship the same day and arrive the next working day. Orders with engraving or made to order ship when they’re ready; you’ll see the exact estimate on the product page and in your basket.
As soon as we ship, you get an email with the tracking number. You can also check your order on the Order status page.
Parcels are discreet: nothing on the box says it contains jewellery. Through the website we ship only to addresses in Serbia; for other countries, message us.
Payment
- Payment cardYou enter your card on the bank’s secure page (3-D Secure). The amount is charged in dinars.
- IPS instant paymentScan the QR code in your Serbian banking app and confirm. The money arrives instantly, no card needed.
- Cash on deliveryPay the courier in cash or by card when the parcel arrives.
- Bank transferYou get a proforma invoice with a QR code for Serbian mobile banking. We ship your order, or get it ready to collect, as soon as the payment arrives, usually the next working day.
To pay by card you go to the bank’s secure page and confirm the payment in your banking app (3-D Secure). We never see or store your card number, and the amount is charged straight away, in Serbian dinars.
Cash on delivery is available for orders up to 30,000 RSD. For bank transfers we hold your order for 3 working days; if the payment doesn’t arrive, we let you know and cancel it.
Enter a gift card code in your basket. If the jewellery costs more than the card, pay the difference with one of the methods above.
All payments are made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia, the dinar (RSD). For cards issued abroad, the amount is converted into your card’s currency at the card scheme’s exchange rate, so it may differ slightly from the price shown.
